Our Goal
Our goals at our charity, MCE, are to help families who have experienced a complete destruction of their homes, and to help them recover from the loss all of their possessions by oering them the immediate ability and the imminent access to food, clothing, and rental support, as soon aspossible?at a better future.
Our longer term goals once food, clothing and rental support are somewhat taken care of for families that have lost their homes are:
- To appeal to Mayor Bass to increase LA Fire funding, immediately, because as we can see, fire season has just started and we as a city, we drastically ill prepared.
- To appeal to Gov. Newsom to fill any and all reservoirs.
- To appeal to Gov. Newsom to fill any and all reservoirs, to ask surrounding states and the Federal government for any and all water that can be spared, and to eradicate the wayward policy of diverting CA Aqueduct water, instead shifting all free and unused water to southern CA in preparation for the inevitable destruction brought by fire season in the coming months.
